My belief is the medical side of the equation is likely confident in their diagnosis. Now the other side of the equation, what the club thinks and wants known, could be the issue or challenge. Why would that be, I have no idea what would be the motivations.

yeah, it's probably all about the specific players' medical details the organization is willing to share publicly VS what info they want to keep confidential, and of course most of the relevant info is part of the latter.
