If you ever notice any time someone dislocates something in the arm/shoulder, they always hold the arm like that. Im hoping thats all it is. Unfortunately with dislocating shoulders, once you do it once, it can become chronic requiring surgery to repair the labrum. - aecliptic
True, hoping it's "only" dislocated. Another reason Lindgren can't be signed long-term. |

So good news is guess, Cuylle, Jones and Roberson all on the lineup for the Pack
I bet this is pretty good for us. Calling a 2nd that turns into a first on some conditions, and a 3rd or something. 4th rder to the broker. Maybe a B prospect, like Skinner. There were no other suitors to be had for the Hawks
It’s a shame he probably won’t be available for us tomorrow tho |

Just think it’s ridiculous that it’s taking as long as it has. I don’t understand if a deal is in place and we have moved the necessary pieces to create cap space why would Kane be just waiting to waive his NMC? I would think he would want to get the ball rolling which makes me start to question a lot. |

Because Lindgren on LITR or not changes things in the cap. |

Back to back years where the third pair d-man acquired has underwhelmed.
I will get a blog up later, still catching up and have Rotowire column to write. My twitter comment a little earlier should tell you all you need to know what I think about the Kravtsov deal and Rangers asset management/drafting. |

Whispers that it may be Berard, which I get but won't like. |

Rangers only have two defenders capable of defending with and without the puck. Lindgren and fox. The rest are very suspect. Boston did not right by having a great back end. Chychrun might be more important for ny than Kane. Kane will be fun just not the biggest need |

Sorry, I disagree on the LT part. Look at the team's D when he was out after Game 1 against Pittsburgh and what happened when he returned. He is a vital member of the blue line. The hit was dirty, PK needs better eyesight |

Lindgren is absolutely vital but he’s the type whose body gives out long before his LT contract will. It’s tough. Love the guy |

Ive been talking about their crap asset management for like 2-3 years.
Fortunately for us, Lias Anderson turned into a 2nd which became Cuylle and Nils recouped us a 1st round pick that made the Tarasenko trade possible. However this whole crap show with Kravtsov has really been ugly and the Rangers put themselves in this position. They could have just traded his rights in the offseason after a good year in the KHL, wiped their hands and called it a day. Im not sure what exactly they were trying to gain by keeping him and not playing him and burning any value that he may have reacquired playing in Russia. |

It’s cap related. They probably need another day or two. Kane cant say anything yet it sounds like
Someone was saying the Rangers are being extremely tight lipped about it |

Lol, Chychrun. The guy is not that good defensively, sure offensively hes solid but to say he is what ails us is silly. |

They didn’t want to give up on him yet. But it ended up backfiring. It is possible he’s just not that good. Now will he be willing to go to Vancouvers affiliate? Because that would realllllly piss me off
I’m glad he’s gone. I’m in the minority probably, but good riddance. I give the org very little blowback for this. Jmo |

You could replace him with garikov also. Just think another dman or or defensive fwd would be helpful |

They can’t announce a trade until the cap is correct I guess. Kane hasn’t even waived his clause yet. It’s all a formality, probably by Monday |

We have differing views here, TJ, as you know. Both sides made mistakes, as I noted. You place it all oj player. Irrespective of that, bad job in asset management |

Whatever they do, Harpur needs to go the other way or traded in general.
Personally the cost to acquire Gavrikov is prohibitive to me, Id rather go for Kulikov from the Ducks. I feel like its a safer play. |

Name the last team that got 2 aging, former superstars and won the cup. I legit don’t know the answer, but what comes to mind is teams like TB getting Goodrow and Coleman (role players), COL getting Lekohnen Cogliano Manson (role players), St Louis didn’t add anyone really from what I remember, Pitt added 2 depth dmen in 2017, Caps added a few depth nobody’s in 2018, etc etc etc. And in all that, you’ve had the Rick Nashes, Iginla’s etc and those teams never win a cup. 2016 Penguins added Daley/Hagelin/Perron (role players) |

But why should I? All they asked him to do was go to the minors. An occurance that happens every year with who knows how many guys. Why should he have been any different? He thought he was above that. Get the fk out of here, fk him. Commie (frank).
Drafting him was a mistake. And no one in the current front office had anything to do with that. |

i just need you to say one real, meaningful negative thing about the org and/ or the team and I’ll shut up about it forever
