Personally, if if they waive Leschyshyn and trade Kravtsov, there are still options to make this team better besides Patrick Kane. Leschyshyn can go. He stinks. Kravtsov, he's gone.

So just structure the line up like this.

Personally, if if they waive Leschyshyn and trade Kravtsov, there are still options to make this team better besides Patrick Kane. Leschyshyn can go. He stinks. Kravtsov, he's gone.

Yea they could add a defensive fwd. I think the biggest issue is team defense and they dont have a defensive pair aside from fox/lindren that are good at defending with and without the puck.

It just seems very appealing to Drury and Dolan they can get Kane for cheap. It seems thats the route they want to go

My example would be a guy like Tolvanen. NSH was obviously done with him, but he’s young with some upside and has played well with SEA. Kravtsov for Tolvanen would be a swap of 2 players looking for a fresh start with a different team. (Tolvanen was waived and lost for nothing). That’s the “type” of player I’d like to see Kravtsov traded for, bc I do believe he will be a good middle 6 forward within the next few years if given the opportunity. I could see him being a 25 goal scorer with a few 30 goal seasons before his career is over and I’d hate to lose that for a 35 game rental.

I think theyd keep Kane for 3 years. I don’t think he’ll be rental. I think he’ll be willing to play for cheap with Panarin. We’ll see what happens. One year at a time for now
