I’m an Islander fan and I hope you don’t get Kane. This is the ultimate stat nerd VS eye test battle as far as I’m concerned. I think Kane would be super impactful. I believe your “Deserve to Win O’Meter” will rise with him. I can’t believe someone looks at the “Deserve to Win O’Meter” and laments over a loss if it told them their favorite team should win and asks themselves why?

They’ve basically replaced Copp and Vatrano with Trocheck, Kane (🤞)and Tarasenko. After an ECF final that should be good chance they could at least get back. Although Shesty hasn’t been last year Shesty too much, but he has time still. It’s just hard to not be giddy about their chances imo.

But here we are, immensely worried about 7D playing instead

Mantha just doesn't have that killer instict to be the dominant player he should be but that trade has potential to be amazing for DET.

They used the 1st they got in the deal to move up and get Cossa who hopefully turns into a stud 1G.

And they used the 2nd on an undersized Russian kid that is a pure sniper.
