Funny for as strong as the Sabres prospect pool is it actually hurt us in a trade for Timo. The one weak area D pretty much ended that trade.

if they were keyed in on D prospects, that's just a massive void for us. Plus our firsts are worth more than the devil's firsts. And if that was the cost of admission, our trade would have looked much different.

Boss just stop. Seriously you have no idea what you’re talking about. I’ve done the math time and time again. I’ve played around with the cap staying the same, going up a few million and under every circumstance, with the players they have signed, the players they’ll need to sign, the players coming off contracts, they’ll be able to afford him and keep everyone else they should keep.

You haven’t done any of that. You’re a “vibes” guy. That’s all fine and dandy, but until Adams actually does something to improve this team besides waiting for his kids to hopefully develop, they’ll be in a race for the wild card every year.

Thinking adding a player who could make more than players you have signed is going to break up the locker room just proves your locker room isn’t as strong as you think it is. Players should want to win, adding more good players to a locker room is something they should want.
