Actually, I’ve been off for the last year due to severe depression and anxiety and had to support myself for about 8-9 months without benefits and had to hire lawyers and whatnot. I’m a manager and accredited professional.

It’s not easy to talk about, but I love to work, and my doctor basically laid it out for me like this “You’re going to die”. So I had to do something.

Still, a long road ahead. But it’s nice to see the stigma regress and ebb…..and see people come to the forefront.

I’ve actually started volunteering and spending my time helping others as, in my mind, that’s a great way to forget about yourself and your problems!!
