Probably. The Flyers Player Development Dept. really doesn’t catch nearly as much poop as they deserve to. Nearly every player they’ve drafted in the last 10 years has not even managed to meet expectations, let alone ever exceed them.

Certainly possible, the Patrick pick proves that premise. Last team they beat with a winning record was 2/9 - EDM. The team is about to make a big move to get in a position to draft Michkov. If they draft him, he never leaves Russia. Pass om him, he comes over and dominates. Inevitable.
