Man I can’t believe how many hockey fans can’t figure out the roster cap. Any player on the rangers nhl roster counts against the cap, wether they dress or not , shifts don’t matter. According the the nhl agreement a team must have 20 man roster and can go to 23. Everyone of those players go against the cap. Not that hard, or I didn’t think it was that hard to understand |
