Yeah for real too then vince incorporated it into the storyline lol. One of the last times I watched was when edge and lita were gonna (frank) in the ring lol. I think ric flair came out of course to interrupt it followed by cena 😂 |

Prior to acquiring Jeannot, the Lightning made a pitch for Lafferty, but were denied due to what I wondered & mentioned on an earlier blog, per Lafferty being interested in by a rising amount of teams. I felt then that the Hawks would only package him with either Toews (prior to shutting down), or Kane; both due to their lowering interest from playing through their suspected physical injuries.
Elliotte Friedman reported that prior to Toronto acquiring Lafferty & McCabe today, Edmonton turned down an offer to acquire both due to the Hawks' high asking price from them. So with Toews being shut down to recover fully from long term Covid, and the Hawks & Rangers having a deal agreed upon sending Kane to the Rangers, the Hawks used Lafferty as leverage in combination to move McCabe, whom they couldn't trade alone for what they wanted in value. That's the reason why Tampa opted and overpaid for Jeannot instead. |

and McDavid is one goal away from 50 - picklerick
McDavid scored very early into the game, with Boston initially tying it at 1-1 just seconds later. You can see why the Bruins are going to be tough to beat in any series, in having the ability not only to keep up with the speed & offensive producers of Edmonton, but also beat anyone physically to slow them down, as they did in taking the lead by the end of the 1st.
Don't forget their defensive play and their goaltending with Ullmark leading the league in Save % and shutouts. He also has scored a goal (E.N.G. at Vanc. on Sat.), which is one more than Sammy Blais did as a Ranger for about 50 or so games played.

I think Vancouver is taking 25% of Kane salary and it was part of the Kravtsov deal they just couldn’t announce that part yet |

I was thinking the same thing, otherwise it was a ridiculous return for Kravtsov, they could have just sent him down and lost him on waivers

I’m curious now not that the Rangers plan on doing anything else at the deadline but if in fact that’s true that Vancouver is taking on 25% do the Rangers have the ability to let’s say make a move for a D-man? Not sure where that leaves them cap wise. |

The problem comes when we have to take him off LTIR and we dont have the cap.
I think Mikkola and especially Harpur showed last night theyre game. |
