The boys looked fast and skilled, especially on the PP. I think they are much better off without Miller. He is a great player but doesn't fit with where we are at this time. Trade him for a pick and prospect and go from there!!! |

They are still in the hunt after beating DET tonight and they pay them again tomorrow.

Not sure if you talked about the Bloom trade or not, but he is a nice player. Managed to watch a few of his games over last couple seasons, kid likes to drive hard to the net, decent on both special teams and a bit of physicality.
Much rather have Bloom than VHG's boy Stillman. |

They could use a cost controlled 1# goalie in OTT.
Not the greatest market for top UFA tenders to go to, so a trade might be the only way they can acquire one. It would cost them something big for sure. They have Chabot as their #1 and Zub as their shutdown guy. Plus Docker and Lassi coming as well. They need to add that #1 stopper to help them compete as the rest of the squad is entering their compete window. |
