I went and saw the Devils when tgey had kovulchuk and parise, they were a pretty fun team for a Lou team. Met Brodeur and Kovalchuk that night, two of the nicest hockey players ive ever met.

I would have preferred the picks but it fits what management is trying to accomplish. If they can add another top 4 defender they'll be well on their way to addressing the D.

Hopefully they're moving out some money soon and getting another high draft pick or D prospect in return.

TB cleared 500k of cap. Gotta mean they are adding another PO role player with the 1.27m cap they have.

I'm not unhappy except for losing two top50 picks, but weve got control on a top4 rhd... more than we had yesterday!

I'd have paid the isles 1st, not ours. As I said, I like the player, he has been dominant in limited icetime.
