I remember they used to rent a big plastic keg at McDonalds and you could buy a gallon of orange sugar mix that you put water in. They had that at parties and other events when I was a kid.

To be honest, I often find the Bell Centre is pretty quiet. I've been to a playoffs game vs. the Bruins so I guess there is no comparison to that.
