he's 4th in the league with hits. That's why Tampa wanted him
- deadpoulet

that's because the other team has the puck when he is on the ice.

The lightning gave up more for Tanner Jeannot than the Habs would have had to give up for the Aho offer sheet.

Jeannot had one very good year so far in his NHL career, maybe I'm missing something but that's a whole lot of picks to give away to acquire an undrafted guy that hasn't proven himself yet over a more extensive period of time.

Jeannot (to TB) return is Cal Foote, First in 2025. Second in 2024. Third fourth and fifth in 2023.

Nah. They asked but Kane has his mind made up that it's Rangers or nobody.

Have heard they're looking at Nick Schmaltz and maybe Chychrun from Arizona if they can swing it. Maybe Gostisbehere.

Also JT Miller if the Canucks are willing to do it for dirt cheap.

I would imagine the Canucks would need to take back salary. So KK the other way.

Taking a shot on a guy finding his game back in a new environment maybe worth it, instead of getting a 6th or 7th round pick
