If Bloom was the BPA at the time and then Adams trades him away for a borderline NHLer then Adams needs to fire the scouts and get new ones.

Trading away a prospect for someone you can get for a 5th is just bizarre.

Then you seem to claim that the prospect isn't any good yet Adams took him as the BPA.

If the BPA is always a forward then you have a huge hole in your prospect system like we do now.
