Really do like the Growth and Development, and building are pipeline. But Some of these players should be out there playing for there jobs. But for the most part some where skating around like they were playing in the backyard. No fear of being traded or seems even sitting out when they probably should. There has to be some kind fear to play better than you have been. Not go back into the Locker Room and play Duck Duck Goose.

The more I listen to him talk, the more I'm convinced he took a Dale Carnegie course, a whole lot of fluff, very little substance.

While you can't dismiss the good things this team has done this year, sometimes I fear that it's fools gold. Adams has done a lot of salesman-esque talking that's made the fanbase feel good about itself, but when it comes to things he's actually done, it's really not much. The amount of success this team has had while he's been essentially the equivalent of a glorified babysitter of an NHL roster is unprecedented. And keep in mind, this team isn't even in a playoff spot, and they've dropped yet another "big" game, at home, that would have boosted their chances at changing that.
