Wait maybe its them playing the best this organization has in 12 years. We finished dead last 2 years ago. Think worst team 3 times in last 7-8 years.

Yup adams has not done much. Granato sucks also. Not in a playoff spot 😂. In the last 12 years we were cooked by december.

Id take 1000 pages of RichardRoma trolling than 90% of just miserable post after post.

Funny over the time I have been on here, there have been a few like me advocating to add Depth to are Defensive Core. I have actually been told how ridiculous I sound cause I bring it up so much. Well maybe they should have listened, because are D depth is horrible and it's affecting the on Ice product and it's affecting the Sabres in trades. Fantastic that we have a strong Forward pool, but D is the meat teams crave in some of these trades that have happened or might happen. Hurts the Sabres

3 years ago (was it 4?) The Sabres 236 RhD's and couldn't sell 1 causing 2 to request trades and 1 too leave at seasons end for the KHL.
Seems the tide is always running against the Sabres timing.

I get what your saying. Thing that got me was saying that Adams selling us to make us feel better. Totally wrong.

Playing meaning full games in March is the only thing that has made people feel better. But obviously not for anyone on this blog except 3-4 people

Adams traded his #2 OA former pick for a 1st rounder and levi the goalie.

Now, a year later he's leaving a spot open for a prospect statiscially compared to ryan miller and connor hellybuck.

How do you not understand this concept?

You trade a guy for an incredible prospect at the most important position of need.

How are you missing this?

And how are you pretending KA didnt get tuch and krebs ?

Peterka hasn't done much.
Krebs is all heart but still a bottom sixer
Jost was a nice waiver pickup, but amother small bottom six player who would get crushed in a playoff series.
Quinn looks like a very good pick.

That cumulatively doesn't excuse him punting on the season or killing the last two seasons with his awful goaltending moves. Nor, does it excuse his tiny, tiny forward build. You obviously choose to ignor those longstanding glaring problems. I do not.

I made the mistake to back read since the game. People have some disagreements then the ref comes in and slaps the pee pees.

But endless post of bashing everyone on the team and in the organization is ok on a daily basis. Then if you dont agree with these clearly miserable people is ok to bash them also for there opinion. No ref needed then

My position has never changed. His failure to put a STARTING NHL GOALIE on the NHL roster has been a glaring failue for 2 years. Devon Levi will not play for us next year. Levi will be rookie who plays maybe 25 games 2 years from now. And, we'll be having the same subpar goaltending while waiting for Devon Levi to save us 3 seasons from now. And that's if he can progress as fast that. What part are you missing?

Honestly, I think stripes does a great and thankless job.

He's definitely warned me when neccessary and suspended me when appropriate.

driving to the airport earlier today and had the nhl radio on

one guy was talking about his time with phil espo on the radio back in the day

he said that Phil would tell stories about how talking with some gm's for trades was really a waste of time because they talk and talk and follow up with 10 more phone calls and nothing happens. Then Phil would talk about gm's like brian burke where a trade could happen with a 10 minute phone call

my guess is Adams is not like Burke was

Just because you want to add a player, doesn't mean they want to play for a terrible organization.

Sounds like KA went after a few quality starters and it wasnt meant to be.

Levi is KA's GUY.
