If you come back, try to notice the constellations. They'e all rotated counter-clockwise. We're used to seeing constellations like Orion more or less "upright" in the sky, but down here, they're almost sideways. The face of the moon we get is different too. I'm sure had I thought about it ahead of time, it would have been expected, but I didn't, and now I'm perpetually surprised (even 5 years later).

I used to be a huge astronomy fan when I was younger ... even to this day, I always have a planetarium software (ie. Stellarium) installed on all my computers.

The latitude being different definitively modifies our perception of the constellations ... and their height above the horizon.

Personally, I don't gamble on funny money that's minted out of thin air and isn't backed by anything. You might as well play the lottery because at least it's regulated unlike crypto which is Scam Central.

For sure. I got my daughter a telescope a couple of years ago for Christmas; I get more use out of it than she does...usually on a full moon or some celestial event that a telescope would assist with. I also have an astronomy app on my phone to help me locate things in the sky so I can aim the telescope more efficiently.
