cheap gas and booze... they also have great mezcal (hard to find in QC unless you order it and thats a pain in the ass) and on the way back home, a stop at Joe Patate for one of the best poutine in the world!

It's a 35 min drive from my house in the woods on top of a mountain on a lake.

So either 17mins to morin heights/lachute or double down to refill on good stuff. The savings on gas alone is worthwhile

there are a lot of different poutines though, not sure which one he's specifically talking about... the one from Gaga patates in Gatineau is (frank)ing amazing.
