Absolutely nothing has changed despite their rhetoric. Resources will be maximized this off-season same as it ever was. They are going to try like hell to simply replace what didn’t fit this season to be a bubble team next season.

For all the Flyers talk about their Analytics department, the only thing we've seen them use the department for is their age distribution chart. It's one thing to have a department, it's another to know how to use it. Chuck knows what office they are in but i still don't think he knows what they do.

Almost every move he makes is shredded by the analytics people outside the Flyers. The Risto trade, the DeAngelo trade, etc.

Flahr, McCauley, Briere, Brown, Lappy, AV, Kjell, Torts... they've all got their fingerprints over this mess. And yes, Clarke, Homer, Barber and Lombardi as well.

I’d rather he do nothing than taking back another crap contract. If he’s not fired at the end of this season, I’m done.

Gonna be rooting for the Canes in the playoffs. I’ve always been huge fan of Brindy and watching Ghost skate with the Cup would be the ultimate FU to Cuckles.

Torts knows full well that this is a mess. The issue is he is fighting for power and wants to put his stamp on the team. He is the wrong guy for that. It's like hiring Thomas Edison to add lighting to your home.
