Foligno's injury did not look good. My guess is he may be done if he needs surgery.

Hall has been a mystery. I thought I remember seeing he was getting a second opinion on his injury, but who knows. Hopefully they are both able to return to the post season.

Just saw an article where Sweeney said that the injury news for both was discouraging. So that’s no bueno.

From an observer, I prefer the 2-2-1-1-1. Obviously it’s more travel but I feel like the drama builds with each game after game 4 because you know your going on the road for the next game.

80% of the big names traded in the last 15-20 days have gone to BOS, TOR, TB, NYR, NJD. At least 2 of those teams will have their post season end on 10 days or less. How messed up is that for the league and it’s fans? This playoff format stinks!

About the only penalty that might have been called would have been embellishment on Marchand No way the refs are going to give anything to Marchy in terms of benefit of the doubt.

Refs: "Oh did Marchand get hurt? I didn't see it... eh, probably deserved it anyway"
