Absolutely disgraceful... - TommyGTrain
I can see the argument about the head not being the primary point of contact, but to say that it wasnt charging is bs. He made a b-line for Motte, ran him and left his feet. |

Not to mention that he finished it off with an elbow to the face. |

The Boston game is gonna be a rough one. Im not even gonna be mad if we lose. However Ill be mad if they lose without being competitive. - aecliptic
Thankfully working today and can’t see it, I have a bad feeling. Just get though it healthy.
Although, it would be nice if Shesty actually stole us a game. Has he even done it one time this year? Last year he stole games left and right. We could have all the stars in the world but if he doesn’t find his last year form we’re fked |

Yeah, I'll be volunteering at the arena all day in between coaching my kid's games. Unfortunate timing for a matinee game.
I'll catch up on all the positive comments once I watch the game later tonight!! |

You avoid the score or will you know? I can’t do that, the curiosity would kill me

I generally avoid finding out. But, I've come to terms with the fact that I'm unlikely to make it until I get the chance to watch around 10pm tonight. I'll still watch, even if we get blown out. Gotta have the evidence to back up the chatter, right? |

One of the buildings hank played best in. Dude always stood on his head in Boston and stole games. Let's hope shesty starts to find his game back to the elite level. Idk might be in the minority here, and just too optimistic, I think the rangers will win today

The thing about Hank is he had this moxie about him that was such a huge intangible about him. He knew when the team needed him to get on his back he was willing to step up in big games. Which is why his #’s in game 7’s were so good. I get that feeling a little bit with Igor but need to see more of it. I think if we lose this game it won’t be because of Igor but rather again the team defense in front of him which has been an ongoing issue. I wonder what the status of Motte and Lindgren are this game. Has anyone reported anything on them? |

Wonder if they dress them both and play by ear. They’re both listed as day to day

6-2 1.11gaa, a .961 save% and 1shutout. Henrik was ridiculous. Always knew in big games, no matter how overmatched they were, hank would keep them in it. Igor has shown that early in his career at times but hasn't done that this year. Hopefully he finds his groove heading into the playoffs.
Can't see motte being able to play. Would be quite surprised if he wasn't concussed from that hit. Haven't heard anything from Lindgren but that would be a nice surprise. Nothing surprises me with him, he is a tough sob |

Shame on ESPN/Stephen A and whoever this lady is. Why have hockey on ESPN if your anchors openly say if the Rangers are the next NY sports team to win a championship “it doesn’t count”. Respect to Kay and La Greca here.

With Lindgren have to look at the big picture, if he’s at risk of re-aggravating anything he should sit. Motte too obviously. Thats a PKer we’ll need healthy as well. But, they could lose 10-2 today and it really means squat considering the state of the roster at the moment. Just get through it without anymore injuries imo.
After today the playoff push is engaged tho, and the pressure is most definitely on everyone to get the cup. It’s time to rock n roll!! |

I’d be more inclined to wanna face Carolina in rd 1 than the devils. Anyone agree? Let the devils take some bumps first, and then we can beat them. I don’t think the canes can score with us and we’re somewhat of a kryptonite to them as it is (since the covid bubble) |

100% on motte and Lindgren. It's good we have a bit of a cushion on 3rd place. After today it will be huge to have a 4day break and miller will be back. I'm confident in this team that they will be able to win enough games in final 20 to hold onto this 3rd seed. They have an 8 point cushion on Pitt (Pitt has 1 game in hand).

Was thinking that the other day. I'm sort of rooting for the Devils to win the 1st seed. They are a young team as well so who knows, pittsburgh could give them trouble with all the experience they have.
Although I believe in this team no matter who they get in round 1. |
