Greenway for a second is high but it is the worst 2nd they have and they had 3. Could have probably gotten more with that but I see the reasoning of doing it. Whatevs, I am not going to complain about it.

He's big, physical and defensively responsible.

He's a really nice bottom-sixer with some untapped offensive potential. It's not a sexy move, bit it's solid

Probably not. I don't think you'll see marketable improvement in the remainder of the season, not something you just start being good at. Greenway is a defensive forward and could help in that aspect, might also help bring some of that to guys like Peterka and Quinn.

IMO I think I want Peterka to get the Krebs treatment. Set him up with Kyle and Girgensons, let them teach him like they did Krebs. If he can get some of that piss and vinegar in his game it would make his droughts more palatable. Plus it would help him learn to bring his game into the corners like Krebs has started doing.

Rolling with his core and homegrown picks. Trading for small pieces to complement the core. Might make a decent FA move this off-season.

It's a blueprint that has won it for many teams. You make your splash trade when your a contender, not a fringe playoff team.

If Dahlin is out any longer and with Tuch hurt. We are probably missing anyway. We could lose our next 6 games (think we are dogs in all of them).

He made some trades in areas he saw we needed some help (size and toughness). He will make a nice move this off-season, I feel confident in that
