It really is a stupid show. They spend 30 minutes laughing like schoolgirls and covering their faces with something so you can't see them laughing. They spend another 30 minutes arguing with each other about ridiculous topics like a married couple, another 30 minutes talking about useless content like movies, music, birthdays and other non-sports related topics. Then finish it off with another 30 minutes of guests like fools like Thomas Drance. They do bring in some guys like John Shannon, Craig Buttons, and Friedman but the amount of garbage you need to separate to get to something entertaining or factual is greatly overweighed by nonsense.
Rick is a very good Canucks insider, but the show is mostly nonsense. - VANTEL
That's why I stopped listening to their show years ago. I couldn't handle 45 minutes of who's hotter, MaryAnne or Ginger? |

I feel pretty much the same. I tried watching it but yikes.
When they do come up with something interesting it is on Twitter or someone puts it in here.

He scored a couple this week.
Those are the type of trades I do give Canucks credit for Low cost, High return potential. |

This late season push we have seen before. I enjoy the wins but not putting much into the end of the season. It is how they start next season that matters.
Like everyone else I wanted the high draft picks and a rebuild but Canucks made it very clear last week that it is not going to happen. I see a lot of the same mistakes as in years past, but I also see some growth.
I think the core is becoming decent so with Millers prime years and EP and QH you need to fix everything now (this summer). No more hesitating, clear bad contracts cap and make sure you bring in the proper players this time. No more screw ups. |

It's not a push. They are playing the games the same as they did earlier in the season. Bruce knew before he left that they went through the hardest part of the schedule already. They just aren't as bad as other teams in the league.
Edit: I would like to see less of the top guys and more of the bottom 6 though. 7 special teams play last night skewed minutes quite a bit. |

Not even close IMO. New faces, new system, and players care now. Their PK sucked earlier this year, their goaltending was a disaster, and players looked fed up and wanted out.
They now look like they are happy and in the spots that they are supposed to be in on the ice. Yes easier schedule. The team looks faster.
It is just my opinion but I think the injection of youth has brought some life back to the team.

This team can score what it had problems with was Defending. Then the Demko hick up in tending. Bruce’s motivations couldn’t solve that. But this new coaching crew might garner more respect than likes which is better for focus on structure.
Good thing they are getting the time in the easier schedule to have players focus and buy in. Is this a tank killer yes. But if you’re not scorch earth rebuilding then it’s better to be team building, isn’t it? |

Disagree and things look better because the schedule is easier. If they went through the schedule earlier this season with this team, results wouldn't be all that different. |

Canucks are going to finish 13th, win the lotto and move up to 3rd. Pick Leo Carlsson and everything will be fine. - manvanfan

Ok I am terrible with grammar, but you need to at least pretend you care about education.
This team can score; what it had problems with was defending.
Hick ups? cmon hiccups.

They have to go all in. No more half measures. Trade this years first to clear cap and next years to find a 3C or another top 4 d |
