s lets hear your proposal to move into the top 3 if the flyers get the #6 pick.
- hello it's me 2050

I do not think they have enough assets to make it happen. Offering multiple first round picks seems like a mistake to me. Outside of the first round picks what do they have to offer that would prompt a top three team to move down?

Honestly, what would CBJ, Hawks, Sharks or Ducks want from the Flyers? Does York, Hart, Gauthier etc. get it done. I doubt it.

In fantasy land, none of that matters.

yep, need trade partners. And As much as we need assets, you just dont deal these guys for peanuts.

trade sanheim (difficult), hart(very doable), hayes(difficult), atkinson(not easy but doable), laughton(doable) at the draft

Of course!! Giroux leading a team to a possible first round exit in the playoffs. Where have we heard that before? I was thinking that Ghost might just nab all 3 stars this week with his studly performance in his first two games with the Canes.

At least with paint drying there is a well thought out plan and goal. Have to start with small and attainable goals in life. Maybe that's what the Flyers front office should do. Start with paint drying and see if they accomplish that. Put some paint on a surface and then watch it to see if it dries. Baby steps.

It won’t dry in time. They’ll bring a few old attic fans in that’ll blow all kinds of dust and dirt that’ll stick to the paint. Then they’ll wallpaper over it

IMO

Hayes - very doable with retention
Hart - very easy
Laughton - very easy
Sanheim - difficult
Cam - very hard- too many unknowns at this time. Will have t be at the deadline.

With Hayes I think his NMC comes in to play and complicates things. The rest I agree with.

His NMC is over I believe. He has an NTC with 12 teams he can reject.

Actually he lost his NMC…it’s now a 12 team NTC.

For some reason, I think Chuck is gearing up to move guys like Provorov and Hayes at the draft, but the return will be younger prospects/reclamation projects/bad deals and picks for next year's draft when they plan to have 2 1st rounders. They will be on board with "tanking" and maximizing draft assets a year too late.

If he stays at school, his development path is safer. If he goes pro and to the Phantoms, bigger chance he gets rushed and brought up too much too soon.

This! This is what scares me. They rush these kids and take away valuable years of development by rushig them, both physically and mentally. Look at how many kids get hurt in the AHL bwcaue they are frail and fragile still but they are playing against men

Hayes will get moved this summer and Chuck will bend himself over a barrel to get it done. It's gonna be a Hartsy for Umberger kinda trade... or worse, another Ghost cap dump.

Ha ha....I just saw an interview with Hextall and he says the Pens can win the Cup after the trades he made. Yet another bad used car salesman. What's this infatuation with the Flyers and bad used car salesmen as their GMs.

What should he say, that they can't win the Cup? Why would a GM say that?
