Hardfought. This wasn't the first game Stuart Skinner has won for his team this year. No doubt he will own the Edmonton net in the playoffs. McDavid on a slower night for him has two goals. He's everything he's advertised to be. Great crowd too. Had to be darn near a sellout. They sold lots of tickets today, it looked like a lot were still available yesterday.

Gosh darn Dahlin rang that one off the post. It was so close. That's what he will improve in the offseason. His shot will he better because he is great and great players get better.

Anderson was good, Skinner was better.

I think the Sabres inability to get a single point more often in games where they have showed well is what’s killing them this year.

Vinnie played a great game. Lots of line shuffling, didn't see a whole lot of 12 in the 3rd.

Dahlin works so incredibly hard, even before the games, off the ice.

Never seen a player warm-up with kettle bell shuttle runs and sprints over an hour before the game starts, and Krebs was there doing everything with Dahlin.

Despite all the kudos Dahlin has been receiving so far this season, he still feels underrated with how good he is at everything.
