Who got the pic of which guys were down in the Bahamas? We'll evaluate their play.
Dahlin, Tage, Bryson, Cozens, someone else? More? - lacaprup
I think you could be onto something, sorta...
Maybe at home they are to comfortable sleeping with/ in bed with their significant others?
Could be family/ kids takes the focus away.
Could be we kinda suck and played above our heads thru March?
3 headed goalie .... not a recipe for success.
Very unorthodox as one poster pointed out. |

PHam asked him if he was injured, he said no.
That leaves fatigue and sex. One leads to the other. WAGs, those darn WAGs. - lacaprup

Probably difficult to explain a sex injury in a different language to a goober like pham... |

The Miami dolphins just cleared 60 million In Cap space today alone.
The NFL cap man, itâs a hell of a thing. |

Of course laptop gm thirtysixensons would have trade for both meier and chychrun.
You mentioned this numerous times.
We would have lost the past few games regardless.
10-4 last night
7-1 vs the Bruins
Who's point are you proving? - Boss34
Yep laptop GM would have traded for one or the other Timo or Chychrun. And yes laptop GM thinks either one would have helped. It's kinda idiotic not to think Chychrun could have helped lesson the blow of the injuries on the backend or Timo could have helped with Tuch being out. Kinda stupid actually. |

I get the sense that some of these people who are supporting Adams punting this season are actually quietly happy we lost 10-4 because it supports the narrative that nothing wouldâve helped us at the deadline
They arenât real fans like we are |

Punting a Norris season from Dahlin and probably 47-50 goal year from Thompson is just unforgivable. They mightâve not made it anyways but if he seriously addressed the goalie and D position weâd be a lot closer. |

Yes are goalie's need to be better, but are Defense is atrocious. Yeah are goalie's give up the weak goal here and there. But maybe if we cut down on the 40 High Danger Shots we give up a game. Maybe that's one less weak goal a game. |

Is Don the latest Sabre 1 system coach with no ability to adapt? He exposes their D and G. Makes it look worse than it actually is.

Don't know, we are a run and gun team. Gotta have the right D to run it and think there still missing a couple. Sabres can build there offense through there system if need be, they can't do that with there Defense. |

"Seravalli reported that one NHL general manager he spoke with predicted that the Sabres could be the âbeast of the Eastâ in two years."
Could be...I believe Adams has made a lot of positive changes and I have watched almost every game this year for the first time in a long time. I am excited about this team. But I struggle to accept a 12-year playoff drought. Had they made the play-in during COVID maybe I could accept this year. But 12 years without a playoff game is tough. And then to be soooo close at the trade deadline and do pretty much nothing. It's disheartening. So while I am hopeful they can become the beast of the East, he'd better make some major investments on D and in net this summer. |

That's assuming it works in the first place. Late in the season, better teams with better goalies are effectively shutting them down and generating endless odd man chances against. Donnie hasn't been able to adjust and now his team has given up on him twice in 2 weeks.

They need a legitimate top 4 and a goalie. They were in on Chychrun, which at least shows they're somewhat self aware but the Stillman addition is the Bob Corkum-iest move ever. Might be even worse than Bob Corkum |

I think everyone is in agreement that Adams will have to do something this offseason all the way through the deadline. They absolutely have to make the playoffs next year |

The GM Seravelli spoke with was Adams.
Often imitated, never duplicated. Aka, best of the best. |

Adams failed to take advantage of some reasonably priced high-end talent available at the deadline. Despite glaring deficiencies, and a deep pipeline of prospects and picks that outstrips our available roster spots. The teams around us in the standings did not make that mistake. They are surging and we are fading. The failure in this equation continues to be the actions of the organization that refuses to behave like a winning franchise. Some of you still want to shill for them as they insult our intelligence with BS stories about how we werenât getting the same deals. I think these people have become comfortable with losing. |

Comfortable with losing and talking about mock drafts and lottery balls.
Thatâs all we know at this point.
Itâs pathetic that the team wonât act like they care about wins. |
