He needs to be packaged with one of Rosen, a Russian or Joker for a #3-4 D man. Hopefully Adam's can get that done this off-season

They gave it back defensively when Tuch was here.

I said a week ago when this team looked dead, Alex Tuch, while being excellent is going to get over rated like Samuelsson because the team collapsed for a period of time around when they got hurt

PK needs to go on a diet and work his cardio. He looks like he might have a coronary at any moment.

Are players not allowed to have slumps or periods of adjustments. Geez it's been 5 games, we let Olofsson get away with it for 50 games a year. And atleast Tage is still producing.

Tage has been bad defensively since he came into the league.

He’s also a top 10 player in the league so you take the bad with the good.

Doesn’t mean they have to keep Skinner on his LW.

That’s all I’m saying

It’s the one glaring weakness in Tage’s game. He’s not good at the defense or he does not try at the defense. He needs to put work into this. He does not need to ditch being an offense player, but many greats were called out on this in their careers and turned their game around to make their teams legitimate contenders. Stevie Y comes to mind as the most obvious comparison

Tage, Skinner, Cozens and Power have all been fantastic offensively but are really struggling defensively.

In Cozens and Powers’ case, they are young and they still have time to round out that part of their game.

Addition by subtraction by getting rid of Joker, Olofsson, and Bryson but it won’t be nearly enough.

Can go right from the Sabres game and watch Levi and Northeastern at 7:30. Believe it's on ESPN+.

Sabres are gonna change as there prospects take spots. Even as there top prospects take spots it will help Defensively to. Most are decent to good 200ft players already. Yes there will be growing pains as they adapt to NHL Hockey. They need to work on there Defense. They need atleast 2 more Good Dman. It would go along way, and less time spent in are end means less bad goals.
