Ottawa has now slipped past Buffalo to be fourth in the Atlantic Division.

We both have 18 games left.

Leafs are currently playing at a 67% winning percentage.

Ottawa currently playing at a 55% winning percentage.

If we go 9-9-0 (50%) over our remaining games, Ottawa would have to go 17-1 (94%) to catch us.

It's comforting, and a little frustrating.

The final 18 games are merely to decide one extra home game vs. Tampa.

If Ottawa and Tampa continue on the pace they’ve been over the last 10 games (7-3 for Ottawa (3-4-3 for TBL) things could get a little interesting on that front.

Sorry not trying to make this “Food at Union Station” buzz but I got this email this am from Union Chicken and I know a few guys here go to the games so I wanted to share it.

I like the D lines and am intrigued to see how the forward lines look/ work out.
