A lot of times, they don't know the time scale and there are set backs. Remember Price being day to day for a year? They might as well say nothing than to say something that retarded if they can't figure the right time scale.

But Mashadar is right on that one, this is a side issue here and not the main concern with this team and how they deal with injuries.

Everytime you leave a void, it gets filled with something, sometimes bad stuff. Sometimes it's just plain stupid like you see the guy leave the ice holding his wrist after a slash and they are like UPPER BODY INJURIES, at one point they even reverted to Body injury.

Does it matter if it is a shoulder injury or a knee injury? Not really. Give a best time frame for return, and if there is an update, let people know. Hounding them every 2-3 days for an update seems absurd to me.
