Nice win for the Canucks. Keeps then within striking distance of the Wings, Senators, Sabres and Caps.
Go Canucks Go - Reubenkincade
Let’s be honest, the Canucks aren’t capable of competing while Prime McDavid is in the same division. So unless we were going to do the impossible and get Bedard, we’re not coming out of the Pacific for probably 7-8 years, if we’re even a competitive team by then. |

The west isn't in a position to win the cup in the foreseeable future.

If, and it is a big if, the Canucks keep the top 15 pick, I would be fine with Dvorsky or Danielson, from this list
https://www.sportsnet.ca/...t-rankings-march-edition/
Although I would hope they consider moving down and getting an extra pick in the late 1st or 2nd round. |

I'm not optimistic they keep the pick, you can look forward to the 3rd round.

27. Charlie Stramel, RW, U. of Wisconsin (NCAA): In a draft class full of smaller, speedy and skilled forwards, Stramel brings the unteachable element of size.
It says Right wing which he may be in the NHL but he has played 2lc on Wisconsin all season and tasked to play in every situation. |

Canucks are now around 5 points away from dropping out of the top 11 and having a 0% chance at Bedard. |

Winners follow Taj - neem55
I'll let the people that follow Taj let them know you said that.
I would imagine the response's are going to be something like "who the f is Neem55?" "We don't care" "that guy sounds like the winner"
I'll let them know, I'm just the messenger. |

It does in this blog, there are quite a few players and coaches that were not with the canucks at the start of the year, but that doesn't change the narrative that it is the same group and you must accept this.🤷♂️ |

Of the 24 players who are on the current Canucks roster, only 12 of them played games for Van last year. |

The first 7 games where we blew 2+ goal leads, wasn't Demko playing in 6 of those?
Demko was playing horrible until he got injured in December… then when he returned, he was the good Demko. - I-own_da-Northwest
Yes, he had some of the wort numbers in the league before his injury. Obviously, that wasn't helping our cause to start the year either. |

It feels like this year has been a wash.
Next year will be a repeat:
We'll pin hopes on EP40, Hughes and Demko as the core.
We've essentially replaced Horvat's points with Kuzmenko.
JTM needs to be consistent (hopefully with less distractions).
Try and find better supporting cast.
