Im not even remotely talking about your discussion with Tom
I am talking about a place that used to be a great place to be, especially after a win, in the past we'd be getting revved up and excited for the playoffs
this is (frank)ing ridiculous, every day this wiener purposely tries to make this place miserable, and like I said, Jan does nothing about it - jimbro83
Jim, respectfully, what is Jan supposed to do here?
Tom's stating his opinion and his interpretation of the stats. He's not out here poopting on people or breaking the code of conduct. Can't ban a guy for providing a differing viewpoint.
I like coming here. I think you guys are a lot of fun. Let's not toss that away because Tom doesn't like the way the Rangers play.

He still is friends with you. And wants to be. You're mad at me and taking it on him. Why? Because you don't like that I formulate my opinions from analytics. So you want him to get a mod to ban me because the Rangers play a razor's edge brand of hockey that doesn't allow them to make many mistakes. So weird man.

Me not having the ability to ban someone because his views and what he posts are different than what you would like is and should not be an expression or referendum on our friendship. At least it wasn't to me. I asked him to tone down the references. Beyond that, as said, I do not have the power to, nor should I, kick him off the blog. That also has nothing to do with being or wanting to be friends with you. The two are mutually exclusive.
I feel like Tom has an inability to enjoy a win. I don’t get it. It’s puck possession or bust, and eff the two pts. And he conveys it to a point where it’s alllll we discuss. People are ok with it, much less people despise it. So we look like the bad guys
I thoroughly enjoyed the win last night. For 30 minutes I was poopting my pants, but I loved the well deserved GUTSY two pts🤷🏻♂️ - Slimtj100
Teams are built and play differently. Does NYR, or any team, for that matter, "deserve" to win some of the games they've won?...Of course not, BUT this mantra of how NYR is flawed b/c they lose the possession game is getting old. Same as when people say "Shesty" won the game. Andersson made some unreal saves as well. With the firepower NYR has, and with Shesty in the net...they can give up a few more chances than most teams. It's not like this isn't something Drury/Gallant/players aren't aware of. It's a conscious choice they are making. NYR isn't exactly constructed to play the game the way Carolina does..are they? Brindamour was saying yesterday that their lack of scoring up front has caused the need for every player on the team to go all out to keep puck possession.
IDK about some of you, but the Black and Blue Shirts were tough to watch. They worked so hard....checked, blocked shots, went all out, and.....couldn't score. That style of play got old as well when they couldn't win games where they let in 2 or more goals...

For the rest of eternity, if we don’t win the puck possession arrow we’ve failed😔
10 games, 1 pt for Kravtsov in Vancouver. 7 goals last night for Vancouver, 13 minutes TOI for Krav, and not even a sog. That’s hard to be that bad - Slimtj100
