All jokes aside, they had the corporate environmental team come through next week, stack testing (which is an annual environmental requirement) and a few things else.

I am wait to receive plane tickets there for the first week of April. Will get a tour of the mill (paid lunch) and meet the lead team, and then go out for dinner with the lead team and solidify my approach (which they’re already sold on) and I can begin to rebuild a ridiculous industry from the ground up, once again….

it's an interesting look. the mask sucks. the sides mimic the design on the knee roll part of the pads. that's kind of neat. but the top of the mask is a disaster.

I’ll be flown out the first week of April and I will inquire about housing and relocation (even tho they’re willing g to pay $20k… but I have my boat in Wisconsin still….so I want them to move that!!!)

I have 10 years of management in the pulp and paper industry on both sides of the border.

This is for the worlds leading producer of OSB board in the world.

Funny side note: I turned down this opportunity in Minnesota while I was in Wisconsin because I couldn’t get a green card or work visa.

Now it’s come back 10 fold!! They’re throwing the world at me!!

yeah, at first glance from afar the colors look right, but after closer inspection you quickly realize the design is all wrong lol. but the kid is young, he's got plenty of time to change, might learn a thing or 2 with Allen.

anyway I still like Primeau's mask better than whatever this was, jfc.

This was crazy! I had my interview at 1:15-2:15. I finished my interview at 2:26pm.

Heard back from my headhunter at 4pm saying that I was the front runner by a mile. That it was a consensus immediately post interview . I was the man.

Now I’m being flown out and wined and dined!
