Did anyone notice later in the game yesterday Fox misplayed the puck and player causing the player forgot who it was to come in alone and Igor made an enormous glove save. Then Igor proceeded to get up and throw the puck out of his glove and was looking at Fox the entire time like dude figure it the f*ck out in our own end. I mean didn’t bother me but could tell he was pretty pissed about having to save them so much last night.

Rangers must tighten it up and have better coverage in the slot. My only gripe about that game last night was watching them have a 3-0 lead only for them to get complacent and let that team back into the game on home ice. Can’t happen come playoff time.

That's why that lil fix-wolasnky guy skated into Shesty's skate, i'm 90% certain of it. Thought Shesty was showboating

Yeah, he was lucky that ref got involved quickly. Ben Harpur went straight after him. Would've ended poorly for the little fella

I really dont get why they dont pull the plug on it, the league has done a lot of senseless things, but this one is right at the top

I think Arizona and Florida (Not Tampa) have same problem that lots of retirees from North go to both places and only like going to games of their home town teams, and have tough time establishing hard core fans of their own

Jack Kent Cook the first owner of the kings I believe , said lots of former Canadians live in LA so thought they would draw good. Years later said they must of came to LA to get way from hockey.

Obviously the stars need to align, but you could say this is the best Ranger team we’ve ever seen. Just the weapons and top end talent at every position. Just have to pull it off now. Easy peasy lol. The 94 team was reallllly good, but I’m not sure they had as much firepower as this one does. I will say the 94 team was most definitely the best team in the NHL that year, which the Bruins hold that title as of now

Not Kane specific, so let’s not turn it into that, but this team struggles to lock down leads late in games. Those Torts teams, if you gave them a 1 goal lead going into the 3rd, they just shut everything down. Obviously it’s not how this team is built given it’s roster, but something I worry about come playoff time. When they’re up they never give you the feeling that the lead is safe late in a game.

Lundqvist had a lot to do with that. The rangers were outshot more often that not when torts was in charge

I think 83.5 as of now, but it could go up as much as 85. Bettmans suggested 83.5 is low (which is a good sign imo)
