honestly I would love to get a pool table in my basement, I just have a very narrow turn from my hallway down the stairs, and no outside access to my basement either, it's annoying can't really get much down there that's large

You'd be surprised how many pieces they can break it down into! I have a similar tight turn to get down my stairs. They tried it without taking the frame apart, but then just got to it and it took no time at all. I got it from a friend, for only the cost of moving it. Needs new rails, but it's a beauty!

No, but it was the 1970's, so I'm sure there was some amount of physical punishment.

Maybe so, BUT, NYR has a disturbing habit of getting off to slow starts AND getting behind in playoff series. My only hope is that this team is looking toward the playoffs and not focused on the last few games....which might explain how they aren't ready to play the first 20 min.

I just give more credit to the Devils being really good to label last night as just another Rangers slow start like some of the other games were

That's the problem against teams that skilled they struggled to keep up the pace. Concerning, to some. Others, not so much.

That’s the crazy thing about the playoffs. You can go 16-12 and still win the cup. Just over .500 wins you the cup. Don’t need to be perfect just have to find ways to squeak out wins

NYR's top pace of play is at the top of the league, and they can keep up with anyone...problem is they don't play at their top level until they got down a goal or two. No team can play at their top level all the time, and there is another team on the ice, who will push the play, but when it isn't clicking, or the legs aren't there, just yet...NYR has to be able to keep it simple and not give up too much. They force it, give up too many rushes, and play porous defense.
