I'm absolutely being genuine with giving you an opportunity for one on one conversation instead of ignoring you. Which the latter I know you would prefer. You've been trolling me for months. Now you're disappointed in giving me the time of day. If that was genuine and true, you would just ignore me. You have an opportunity to prove and back up your repeated statement that I'm incapable of understanding. Let's find out who actually does and who doesn't - MJL
sure thing man. we shall see. i post almost everyday and reply and disagree and agree with many. i have even agreed with you multiple times. your perception imo is false.

You don't attempt to converse with me. You just post wrong, or that I'm incapable of understanding or some other short three- or four-word vague response with no context.
We're going to see for sure.

What’s worse? Tie Domi waving over two flyers and not actually accepting the challenge or ND beating up one Senator and waving over another very much willing to go again?

that's my point. after every whislte in a chippy game this happens. it's not instigating anything. it's chirping.

That was a fun game to watch, the kids played well. The Tippett trade is working out really nicely for the Flyers, plus, we have the Panthers first round pick in 2024. I hope they are in a heavy sell mode at the draft. - Dave21Brown

Where in the code does it say you can't fight somebody who just got into another fight? Ever seen a line brawl? (See above)
Bigger code violation would be running your mouth and acting tough toward ND and then not answering the bell. - Tomahawk
pretty sure the code would include not skating up to the opponent after just having a fight, knowing your opponent is already gassed.

Why do you keep talking as if Kastelic forced ND into a fight? ND was totally down. If he was gassed he would have just went straight to the box and chilled. Instead he stuck around and asked Kastelic if he wanted to go.

I didn't say he was and yes ND was down, NONE of it happens if the Sens player didn't engage first, instigation like bill said is a stretch but you could make the case, it is what started the whole event, it is not? I personally think it should be unsportsmanlike conduct call

Brad Shaw was probably arguing this point with the officials and he seemed satisfied with their interpretation of the events. ND asked for the fight. Hence no extra penalty.

You would think ND had a magnet in his finger tips that only dragged over Ottawa Senators….
Just need a few more useless wins to get to that coveted 8th spot in draft that o predicted pre season this stupid team would get. But hey the culture is changing

How invested was Brad Shaw in last night’s game? He’s not even the coach of the Philadelphia Flyers. He’s not coaching for anything. He may as well have been coaching whatever the opposite of an All-Star game is.

This is a case of both players being willing participants in the second fight. Deslauriers could've just simply skated to the box and ignored the player. This is not a case of one player jumping an unwilling combatant. Which is what the instigator penalty is all about. A known pugilist was calling out and gesturing to go with a player who also wanted to fight. it was mutual.
