I also think this will be closer than people might think. Matthe Tkachuk is going to give them fits for sure. I think we will see a bunch of 1 or 2 goal games. Would be surprised if there were any blowouts.
Going to say Boston in 5 but it wont be an easy 5. Trade an OT loss each and Florida gets one victory at home. Boston finishes it up back home in game 5.

Also, kudos to the NHL for finally staggering games (7:00 PM EST, 7:30, 9:30 and 10) so that not every game is at intermission at the same time.
Finally? This isn't a new thing
Also Panthers in 6

I get this feeling that Florida is gonna win in 7.
Which, from my betting history, means Bruins in 4.
Definitely going to be watching though...on mute if I can only get the Bruins feed. |

Tkachuk is the only guy I see really doing anything against us. If Lyon stays hot, it *MIGHT* be a series. Otherwise it's going to be a steamrolling. Bruins in 5. |

Very curious to see if the crowd in Florida will be overwhelmingly Bruins fans like it always is. I know those types of teams like to create rules against opposing fans attending games wearing gear/sitting in certain sections for the playoffs. Wouldn't be surprised if (national) tv drowns out any "Let's Go Bruins" chants while we are on the road. Gotta make it seem like every team has a rabid fan base. |

To be honest, i didn't want Florida in the first round but that team kind of implodes if things go wrong. These first two games are very important. |

Carter Verhaeghe isn't scaring anyone.
But...
Tkachuk is a serious threat. |

The tickets in Florida are over $100 which leads me to believe Bruins fans are all over those. Those games will have a lot of Bruins fans.

I'll take Florida over the NYI. The Isles have no problem winning boring games 1-0. Bruins tend to grip hard when goals are hard to come by. Florida loves to "go-go-go", which I think plays into our hands much better.
Funny thing is, I remember for YEARS every time we played against Florida it was a 1-0 or 2-1 slog of a game. Their system has changed quite a bit since then. |

The same reason teams aren't game planning against RNH. There are bigger fish to fry my friend. |
