We use Avaya phones and Polycom for speaker phones video etc. Setting up phones these days is pretty simple with VoIP. No more digital converters etc.

I'm honestly not sure.

I am auxiliary support for phones, though I have installed and setup many of them. Phones used to be a separate part of our department but we are slowly cross training more people since they all run off of regular network connections now.
