Ive never seen the words "ticky tack" used so much as i have in the past 14 hours.
I believe another poster on here used it last night.
I saw a tweet from some @casual_mats that used it as well.
Im gonna try and sneak it into a meeting today. - Fakepartofme
The play was nothing like Kadri’s suspension in the Bruins series. Bunting hit him high but Kadri was on a search and destroy. Bunting comes back after the suspension and if they want Knies in ZAR comes out. He played less than 10 minutes last night. - Canada Cup
Out of the 3 I don't care who they take out.
Bunting did that by accident but still, its bunting he gets 2 games.
Also I like Woll in net over Sammy...Also underhand why you can't do that.

I think Bunting was expecting a battle for the puck in the corner but the puck went in a different direction than anticipated.
Cirnak was also hunched over when the hit occurred.
DOP is given Bunting 1 game for that legal hit - dmnted
Bunting jumped into his skull. Let's just let this one go and say (frank) Bunting and that he cocked it up like all of our "gritty" players in the past and we're (frank)ed forever.
it is
I dont get why the league would want those optics..even if lets say it has no bearing on the outcome. the 0-8 - senstroll
That would be my thing too. Its an odd optic that most businesses would just avoid. Unless of course the NHL likes every bit of headline they get. Positive or negative.

Maybe I've watched it in slow mo too many times but the impact wasn't that bad.
Anything can cause a concussion but I bet CHernak is back.

Would honestly be an excellent rule.
Would be a lot of candidates for the Leafs in Graham Skilliter, Frederick L’Ecuyer, Marc Joannette, but yeah, Wes McCauley needs to be banished. - GreatGigInTheSky
The rule isn't to prevent to get a bad ref, that's impossible.
Would just be to weed out any possibility of conflict of interest.

Go eat a cat Alf.
Side note - I promise not to wear the sneakers again this round guys. I also have my jersey in the wash as I type this to wash that terrible game Juju off of it.
I had also been sporting a AM34 'stache specifically for the playoffs that was described by my wife as terrible, creepy and also that looked like the type someone who was not allowed within 500Meteres of a school. I shaved the MF off when i got home so fast there was smoke coming off the razor!
And just to add insult to injury last night for me, I worked downtown all day at the office (took the GO train) and met my kid brother to hit the game. He parked at Vaughn and took the TTC downtown to meet me.
We hit the game, left upset and disappointed and got on the TTC. TTC took us 3/4 of the way home only to tell us to GTF off the train as it was now a terminal station because they are doing tunnel work and down to one track northbound so we have to wait for a train on the southbound track to take us north the rest of the way.
We (along with 200 or so people) got to add an extra 35 minutes to our long evening waiting for said train.
This was the 2nd time in 3 days the TTC jammed it to me sans lube. Sunday I went to the Jays game, TTC line 1 shut down from St. Clair West to St Patrick so shuttle bus for all. We were on the shuttle bus for 30 minutes to get to the first station and the best part - the driver calls my buddy over (we were jammed at the front of the overfilled shuttle bus) and asked my friend if he knew where Dupont station was or how to get there. I poop you not.
We got off the bus at Dupont and took an uber to just make it in time to walk into the dome and see the bases loaded with none out in the top of the 1st. Good thing the beer was cold and the sun was warm.

Now obviously i know your shoes had nothing to do with the outcome, i was only kidding.
But, just for amusement sake, have you worn them for previous playoff games?
