For sure he'll be playing.
I have no doubt ciernak will as well

Cernak will have to clear concussion protocol I think. head was point of contact and some guys on the radio were suggesting it's possibly a mandatory week out.

Workplaces are not based on feelings.

Use your head and not your heart, if there is not enough evidence to prove something like this in court move along because you’ve got nothing more than a suspicion. Which means you cannot adjust how he’s treated nor should you.

I’m done with this, I’ll just let the crybaby leafs fans continue because you think with your hearts and not your head.

- Dozzer

Not involved in this argument, but its weird that wes does alot of leafs playoff games or it seems like he does. Either way the leafs were garbage last night, the loss is all on them.
Also, workplaces are very much based feelings these days....heck they have been for years

Bolded: nothing more than assumption being used to justify your own attitude.
- Dozzer

Dozzer, buddy, we have plenty of evidence that things are talked about behind closed doors. Plenty of quotes from Dubas or other GMs, coaches saying "talking to the league". Honestly, it's not an assumption at this point. It would be ridiculous if everything ever talked about was only said to the media.

Conflict of interest is not about having evidence to prove someone is giving someone else an advantage. It’s about eliminating that possibility from occurring by removing the decision maker (judge, ref, whatever) from the situation. I know a judge who offered to recuse herself from a case because the victim was her vet. They didn’t really know each other at all. That’s a lot less than testifying against your brother-in-law but the judge didn’t want there to be any possible perception of bias.

I'm confident that the NHL would never put itself in a position to be accused of bias.

Oh, wait.

When did the phrase "let's agree to disagree" become so unpopular?

I think it is still popular, so gonna disagree with you.

Dirty hit, McCabe should get a few games.

Hey, did you have to lawyer up after that threat?

TB head coach Jon Cooper says Erik Cernak and Michael Eysimmont will not play Game 2. Victor Hedman is a game-time decision and Tanner Jeannot is a possibility

I am trying to find an update on Cernak but I would be surprised if he's back for game 2. Especially because if they hold him out, they might hope Bunting gets an extra game or two.

It was beautiful, and 100% legal.
