You could say a lot of poop about how the Leafs played last night, but "not physical" isn't one of them. They (frank)ed themselves by trying to be overly physical and not (frank)ing skating and handling the puck.

because nobody renewed their passport for 2 years and suddenly demand exploded. There are also A LOT of vacant positions in government, just on my team, we are supposed to be 18, we have 12 people right now, 6 vacant positions. People are hired and then leave shortly for private sector jobs very often, more money and more flexibility. Can't speak for the whole public sector, just the agency I work for, we tend to hire more educated people who have flexibility to move around the job market.
