my mental health was at risk and he was just pushing me over the edge. Its a difficult job to begin with. It gets worse and gets impossible if you are low on staff. Add your boss harrassing you...and its over. Where could I find the energy to fight for my rights in that situation?

It just became a poopty job, with a poopty boss, with a poopty salary.

harcèlement psychologique. J'en ai déjà parlé ici, mais vu que j'en ai déjà parlé j'ai plus ou moins envie de revenir là-dessus. J'ai du le faire longuement pour ma demande de chômage qui n'a pas encore abouti.

En gros il voulait que je quitte ou me briser pour que je sois un employé docile qui ne dise jamais rien de contraire à lui, même quand mes tâches et mon travail au quotidien en sont affectés.

no matter how stupid that coach's call was I'm sure it wasn't as dumb as putting in Marc-André Fleury in net in the 2nd game of the series after the other guy gave a stellar performance in the previous one, wtf.

for sure. I agree with most of the demands, I'm only hoping either side won't be too stubborn about it for too long. I don't think it's in anyone's advantage for this to last very long anyway.
