good to hear. personally I've had better days to be honest, but I'm fine. I'm just really (frank)ing pissed off at the whole situation concerning the strike, I've been working for the government for almost 7 years now and I was just informed that I wasn't a "registered" union member, so I didn't get to vote at all. as a matter of fact almost 2/3 of employees didn't vote, really messed up imho.

that's what I did this week, but it's not so viable in the long run if this poop goes on for a while, eventually I'll need to either go protest or be a scab. supposedly I could be fined by the union if I choose the latter, but since I'm not registered, do they even know I exist?

What a poopty situation. Look at your pay stubs, if you have union deductions then they have to represent you. Otherwise they shouldn't be taking money from you
