We use that too. But our web filtering is through a different appliance. My computer is also less strictly filtered. My stance is, if I can get to it I can view it without repercussions.

A lot of places don't really pay attention to block messages etc. Not enough time in the day. We do pay attention to certain buzz words and phrases and other harmful things etc. It rarely happens though.
