I think Jan nailed it in his last blog when he spoke about the possibility of an uptick in the physical play from NJ. It seemed they were trying a little to hard to be overly physical in the early stages of the game. It takes them out of position more often than not and it's not the style of hockey that won them all those games in the regular season. Moving Miles Woods to the third line was also a gift. He's a cone. That penalty he took really helped tilt the ice in our favor going forward

I know we give Drury some crap but he made an awesome move getting him in early. It has really helped him settle in. He is a huge difference maker. With Kane coming on now this is starting to get serious.

Mikkola has been great so far. Just simple plays. So much better than Nemeth and Harpur. But he's the type of player a team should be able to replace from within. Tarasenko has an elite shot. Can't teach that.

it reminded me a little of his Cup winning goal in overtime in 2010, when in tight like that he can put the puck anywhere he wants to
