I wish people would stop blaming the coach. Coaches coach and players play. Coaches get fired all the time because what else can management do, fire the players? It’s not the coach’s fault for Barkov’s play, he does it every playoffs. The regular season is nothing like the playoffs. People gotta stop calling Barkov a superstar. He’s good yes, superstar not. - harveykline
Don't worry, you'll have two more years of Maurice, Winnipeg wishes you the best. Besides if players just play why do you need a coach in the first place if players don't listen to them? |

To be honest. Maurice had a lot of skill in Winnipeg and that team had a horrible system and played risky, stupid hockey. There was never any sort of buy in to play team defense.
This years Panthers have been pretty similar.
Also, Barkov in less career playoff games has more points than Tkachuk. Tkachuk is just more visible because of his post whistle shenanigans. |

Tkachuk is a piece of poop period. He leaves a streak on the stat sheet one way or another. But usually it's longer on the tp end than the favorable |

I love Thkchuk, I think he has the passion and the drive to take the team all the way. Besides all, you Bruin fans have the biggest dope in Marchand. He licks people and tries to get them off their game, so don't call the kettle black. The only difference between Thkchuk and Marchand is Thkchuk scores 40 goals, but Marchand doesn't. |

The reason, Thkchuk goes after a player from the opposite team is that he is frustrated and doesn't like losing, and that is what I want in a player. Not a sissy that just sits there and lets the other team take advantage of you. I notice the Bruins were nasty when they were losing in their own barn and got slaughtered by the Panthers. The high hit to Eric Staal's head was an example. Why didn't Nosek get a $5000 dollar fine? It makes you wonder if the game is fixed!!! |

He’s made it out of the first round. 1 time. No single player can carry a team to a Stanley cup.
Younger Marchand and Tkachuk are very similar. Both hot head agitators. Both great players. Both great assistant captains. No one in Boston was advocating for Marchand to be captain over Patrice.
Side note: Marchand had 20 playoff points in his first year in the playoffs. Tkachuk has 20 points in his first 7 seasons. Pretty big difference i'd say. |

We could probably use a center next year. Feel free to send Barkov our way. |

Fortunately, Marchard was surrounded by supporting players. On a losing team, he's nothing. |

No problem. Just give us Charlie Coyle and Charlie McAvoy. We'll throw in Arron Ekblad and Duclair, is it a deal? |

Sorry, two wrongs don't make a right. You be better off trading him to the Canadians. |
