There's a large group of players in this league that take longer to reach their primes. Given up on those players and wanting them out of Van is a consistent theme/narrative/critique from this fan base. I'm guessing its a testament to the current times but the lack of patience from the fans to see a prospect/player develop is going to put a strain on this franchise - we're gold medalists at turning on players in the media and running them outta town.

You weren't a fan of consistent offensive zone possession? Not sure how much you played but as a defender in those situations, I can attest to it being both physically and mentally crushing. There's a pretty simply correlation between them racking up a boatload of points and drawing penalties due to their possession numbers.
