Technically incorrect. The Flames won their round vs whomever in the play-in round in the covid season. And "technically" lost in the "first round" but his team in the KHL in his season overseas made it past round 1 in the KHL, which is a pro league, as did his AHL team which also is technically a pro team. Not sure if this is technically his 1st time playing in the 2nd round of NHL playoffs, but he has "seen the second round in his career" more than once. And that doesn't include his time in Jr's ect.

Looking at the fans in Maple Leafs Square, I bet almost all of them have never seen a Leafs playoff series win. Some of older folks have waited a long time to see this happen again. Now win 3 more rounds and I can die happy, knowing that I got to see another one, after seeing one when I was 9 years old.
