Only wiff on there was Comrie.
Stillman and Vinny were is nothing more then depth adds. Stillman had some good minutes with Lybushkin at the end of the year on the third pair. Vinny was a plug and play player that filled his role and provided value in spurts.
Greenway was 1/3rd of one of the best defensive lines in hockey in Minnesota for years. He scored at a 20 goal pace over the course of the 17 games he played here and had good metrics for the most part. Jury is still out on him.

There's signs all over the place that everyone, Forton, Granato, Ventura, are all listened to. Gotta remember that the past few years has been building this team from young players. Next few years is getting complimentary, impact veterans.
That's where you'll truly see if they 'got the memo'. Comrie was a low risk, high reward play. It didn't work. So be it. There's better UFAs this offseason and hopefully some trade candidates too. |

Goalies are also voodoo.
Comrie had a good stint in Winnipeg that got him the contact here. He flamed out.
Grubauer was god awful his first year in Seattle, nearly carried Seattle to a WCF this year.
Don’t get me started on Bobrovsky.

That's like saying “But other than that, Mrs. Lincoln, how was the play?” |

As a backup. Backup numbers are notoriously unreliable. If a putz like me knew Comrie wasn't good how could Adams not? |

All goalie numbers are notoriously unreliable.
There are at most 8 that matter.

Anyone know who Alex Lyon was until 15 minutes ago ? His work during the regular season is the reason the Panthers are playing Thursday. |

Vegas literally rode two former backup goalies to a WCF as well.
Mother of Christ.
My fault though for coming back to this hell hole |

Yes, goalies that got hot at the right time. The Panthers rode six good games from Lyon to sneak in the back door, and oh, who's in net now? The proven guy.
Andrew Hammond went 20-1-2 for Christ's sake and he would go on to have 11 more wins total.
Remember the next Lundqvist in Cam Talbot? Had 2 good seasons(that came 5 years apart) and a hell of a lot more at replacement or sub-replacement value. |

Comrie was a minor whiff. 2.75 mill for 2 years is nothing. We aren’t in cap jail because of the signing or remotely close.
We can send him to roch if needed and no one will claim him |

It was the same with my term paper. Which I was never able to finish. From time to time I ask for help with academic assignments. Especially when I was just preparing for admission and writing a personal statement. Since the quality of its writing depended on the quality of my further studies, I asked https://www.personalstatementwriter.org/ for help in writing. And I was successful in getting in. |
