Whats your excuse for your choke job in 2010? - LFS
Fleury. He utterly sucked from 2010 to 2013. He easily lost multiple playoff series himself. |

They completely dominated because of elite finishing and goaltending skill. They didn't dictate play like a team commensurate with their record. And obviously the 2022 Avs were superior. They won the SC and went 16-4 in the postseason. NOBODY will give a piss about this Bruins team for anything except being overrated. - jfkst1

Your team and organization is garbage. You lucked into a few good years and then went right back to dumpster fire. (frank) off.

Makes you wonder how many more cups Pittsburgh would have had with more consistent playoff goaltending over that 16 year span of post season appearances.

I’m on tilt today 😂 walking out of the garden last night was the absolute worst. That was actually worse than the 2019.

Sorry you had to experience that live. Thats rough man.
I'm quite hungover today myself. I'm at the office and have crushed like a gallon of water, a gatorade and had smash burger for lunch. Just starting to recover now. |

I believe it. Interested to hear your off season thoughts once the sting has subsided a little. |

Reports are now floating that Ullmark had a "debilitating" injury severely limiting his mobility and technique. I thought his last regular season game when he appeared to have an issue, it was a groin which is obviously the worst for a goalie. Whatever the injury, if the report is true then shame on Monty and "Goalie Bob". Sway should have been in game 5 at the latest and it should have then been Ullmark game 6 and Sway game 7.
I really just don't get ANYTHING Monty did during this round. |

Nerves got the best of him probably. He took the lines and chucked them in the F U C K it bucket. I hope he learned something. Was a painful price to pay. |

He did an outstanding job in the regular season but his decisions in the playoffs are frankly worthy of getting fired in my opinion. According to him right now the only decision he would change was starting the one game with Bergy and Marchy split (that decision alone should get him fired!). |

If Ullmark had a debilitating injury then he shouldn't be playing at all until healed. Swayman isn't some garbage backup that can't win. Why would they keep putting Ullmark out there when he obviously wasn't playing well? |

I dont know if I am quite ready to call for his head, but I do agree there were some very poor coaching choices.

To be honest. My thought process on the drive home was Bruce Cassidy > Montgomery.
Montgomery did a hell of a job this year so it’s kind of unfair. He got too comfortable once the Bruins were up 3-1 and started to tinker when the lines should have been established.
Your top 6.
Debrusk - Patrice - Marchand
The top line needs Debrusk or Pastas speed.
Bertuzzi -Zacha- Pasta
Krejci felt like an anchor this playoff.

Still pretty shell shocked. Few quick thoughts:
Physical play is a must in the playoffs. We didn't come close in that department.
Injuries are not and should never be an excuse. ESPECIALLY this year. The depth was there.
Lindholm was my favorite guy to watch this year, stud from start to finish. Wtf happened?
I didn't like Ullmark's laissez-faire attitude after his blunder in whichever game it was. Came off douchy, and it looks even worse now.

Agreed on Lindholm, but seriously faded down the stretch in my opinion and was a complete non-factor (or worse) against Florida.
The Bruins had 88 give-aways in the series...WTF??? Bertuzzi was a scoring stud but also one of the worst at unforced give-aways.

If Bertuzzi didn’t handle the puck like a hand grenade he would be an elite winger. |

What does Lindholm have like 0 pts in 11 playoff games I read. He just doesn’t excel in playoff hockey. |
