So Leafs are in blow it up mode, NYR trying to rid bad contracts and other teams as well like Flames. It is going to be really hard or really fun seeing teams trying to unload cap (including Canucks). Good luck getting rid of Myers.

I would not bother with Myers TBH, I would concentrate on OEL by LTIR or BO. Seven mil in free cap room.

As I said teams will be looking for movement of players it is going to be a buyers market I think.

I will say one thing about the 11 th OA. I would move it along for a further developed draft pick.

I’m leaning towards trading the 11oa combined with moving out cap. Try to get back a 1st in the 15th or so range.

I think Boeser will stay unless fair value on his upside is given. Not likely to happen due more to do with the flat cap.

I would like to see RT stick to line duos & find the 3rd wheel to gel. Joshua types etc. Need the line depth & those dynamics. I like the top 2 lines to have a dawg who creates havoc & pressure on the forecheck & speed to be the lines better defender.

Meh, time will tell. I think his game will translate well once he has talent around him. From what I've seen, he's got all the tools.

Idk about a buyers market but I can see many UFA’s not getting the big deals they think they want. Gonna be a squeeze on them being it’s not a great UFA market. The cap is still going to be their problem.
